My History With Pilates
I started Pilates when I was twelve years old in order to correct my posture and my back for dancing.
I practiced this technique throughout my whole career as a ballet dancer, until 2011 when it came to an end. I have been teaching Pilates...
Early life as a Ballet Dancer
I started ballet dancing at the age of 7 at the Conservatoire of Geneva.
I then took part in a preprofessional training and became homeschooled in order to dance as much as possible.
